Registrations for NWYC 2026 closed on July 19th. A packing list and additional information will be sent out to parents by July 24th. For any other questions, please reach out to your church's youth pastor.

This year's North West Youth Camp is Monday through Friday, August 3rd-7th, at Aldersgate Camp & Retreat Center in Turner, Oregon. NWYC is open to students entering 6th grade - graduating '26 seniors. 

This year's camp is $350 per student registered through June. On July 1st, the cost bumps up to $375, so make sure you secure your spot early! This includes four nights of lodging and all meals from dinner on Monday through breakfast Friday.
For additional info about the cost and any possible scholarships, please reach out to your church's youth pastor.

Great question! You'll be staying in a cabin with other students from your church (boys and girls sleeping areas are separated). If there's a specific friend you're hoping to stay with, make sure you indicate that on the "Cabin Partner Request" part of the registration

An email will be sent out from your church's youth pastor prior to camp with a final pack list as well as arrival and departure information.

A typical day at NWYC involves food (of course), breakouts where students can choose relevant topics for them to grow deeper in, over-the-top games, chapel sessions with dynamic worship and relevant speakers, time for students to hang out with their friends and cabin, and even the opportunity for river floats.
